One address for everything. Say which plan or route you are writing about and we can answer precisely.
- A leg is wrong
- Use the "This does not look right" link under the leg, or send the plan’s link and what the operator actually says. Every report gets a status: received, under review, then corrected or rejected, and the leg shows the date its source was last verified.
- A place is missing
- Name it. Missing places are counted from searches too, and the network grows by corridor.
- Your data
- We hold almost none; the privacy page says exactly what. Requests about it go to the same address.
- Operators and partners
- If you run a service on a route we cover and want the plan to say so correctly, write to us.
