Terms of use
Last updated 13 September 2026.
Who we are and what these terms cover
Pro Travel Net (the site) is operated by Ashers Hub Limited, company number 17204476, registered in England and Wales, 23 Kenilworth Road, London, W5 5PA, United Kingdom (we, us). These terms apply to your use of the site. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
There is no account to create and nothing to sign. Using the site is the only way you accept these terms, so we have kept them short enough to read.
What the site is, and is not
The site is a journey planning and referral platform. It shows you ways of travelling between places, with typical journey times, changes, approximate emissions and fare bands, and it may offer a link to an operator or an authorised seller where a leg can be booked. A plan is a link that recomputes when it is opened; we keep no copy of it and hold no record of who opened it.
We are not a travel agent, tour operator, carrier or seller of tickets. We do not sell, book, hold or arrange any travel service, and we do not take payment for any. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the seller on whose site you make it, on that seller’s terms. We are not a party to it.
The site deals with the carriage of passengers only. It does not offer accommodation, car hire or any other tourist service, it does not combine services into a package, and nothing on the site is a package or a linked travel arrangement within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. We are therefore not an organiser, a retailer or a facilitator under those Regulations, and the protections they give to package travellers do not arise from anything on this site.
The information is indicative
Journey times on the site are typical ranges drawn from published timetables and from distance, not live departures. Where a figure comes from an operator’s or an airport’s own page, the leg says so and gives the date it was read; where it is estimated from distance, the leg says that too. Fare bands are wide indications, not prices. Emissions figures are approximate. Operators, routes and frequencies change; a service that ran when the network was written may not run on the day you travel. Every plan is our own derived estimate: each leg names the source it was written from and the date that source was read, and the figure shown is the range we derived from it, not the source’s own data.
Where the site says a service does not exist, is suspended or could not be confirmed, that statement carries the source and the date it was checked, and it is as indicative as everything else. Before you travel or pay for anything, check the times, prices and conditions with the operator or seller. We do our best to keep the network accurate and we correct it when told, but we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete or current, and you rely on it at your own risk.
Handovers and referral commissions
When you choose to continue to an operator or a seller, you leave the site through a clearly marked step that says so. We pass the seller the journey only: the places, the date if you gave one, and an identifier that tells the seller the referral came from us. We never pass your name, your contact details or anything else about you, because we do not have them. If you then book, the seller may pay us a referral commission. It does not change the price you pay, and it does not affect the order in which options are shown, which is by journey time.
Some handovers go through a referral programme rather than to the operator's own address directly. The programme set up for this site is Travelpayouts, https://www.travelpayouts.com. It forwards you to the operator or an authorised seller and records that the referral came from us. A programme and a seller are independent of us, and their own terms and privacy policy apply from the moment you arrive there.
Sellers and operators are independent of us. Their availability, prices, terms, conditions of carriage, changes, cancellations, refunds and customer support are theirs, and any question about a booking should go to them.
Using the site
You may use the site for planning your own travel, for sharing plan links with others and for saving a plan to your own device. If you send us a correction, keep it to the figure that is wrong; we store the message and the reference of the leg it concerns, nothing about you. You may not:
- copy, scrape or systematically extract the network, the routes or the texts, or use them to build a competing service, other than as our machine readable interfaces expressly permit;
- interfere with the site, overload it, or try to access parts of it that are not offered to you;
- present the site’s figures as guaranteed times or prices, or as our advice to book a particular service;
- use the correction box to send anything other than a correction, or to send personal details about yourself or anyone else.
The waiting list
When we offer a waiting list, joining it is a request to be told when the full service opens and nothing more. It is not an agreement by us to open the service, to open it by any date, to offer you anything when it does, or to deliver anything at all, and it is not an agreement by you to use or pay for anything. We may change or drop what we are preparing. You can leave the list at any time by the link in any message or by writing to info@protravelnet.com, and the privacy policy says what we hold and for how long.
Our content and your links
The site’s texts, design, network data and software are owned by Ashers Hub Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and database right. Operator names are the names of the operators concerned and are used to describe their services. You may link to any page of the site, including plan pages, and you may print or save a plan for personal use.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, the site is provided free of charge and as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything on it, including any loss arising from a missed connection, a changed timetable, a service shown that did not run, a price that differs from a fare band, a plan saved on your device that was lost, or a booking made with a seller. If we are liable to you for any reason, our total liability for all claims in any period of twelve months is limited to £100.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time. We may change these terms; the date at the top of this page says when they were last updated (13 September 2026), and continued use after a change is acceptance of the changed terms.
Law, language and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about the site, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may bring proceedings there.
These terms and the privacy policy are written in English. Where the site offers them in another language, the translation is for convenience only and the English version prevails if the two differ.
Questions about these terms go to info@protravelnet.com.
